MacBook Pro arrived in perfect condition! I ordered a refurbished MacBook Pro with an M1 Pro chip from this company through Walmart. I’m not the biggest fan of used items, but it was a good deal for the price, so I was like sure, why not. The item ended up arriving early and in amazing condition. I could barley tell it was used, and came with the box, instructions, charger, and everything. Also, the battery health was 100%. Super pleased with my experience!

This ain’t my first rodeo Ten years ago I ordered my first MacBook from iPower Resale and it always served me well. When it was time to buy another, I knew I’d return there to get my next one. RIP old work horse but I am excited to explore the possibilities of this new one.

If you have a problem these guys are who you want. I recently purchased a computer from them and had a problem with it. They immediately shipped me another and made the buying experience and return as easy as it should be. I would purchase from them again because when you buy an expensive piece of equipment you want a company that stands behind the product. They did!

Apple support and sales team has all… Apple support and sales team has all been positive. I am not sure who I spoke with on November 14 but in the pass I have emailed and spoke with Christina Prins who has been very helpful in all matters. Even trying to get me a Apple Gift Card for my purchase on the 14th from the promotion of November 25 to 28. Speaking with Apple sales who would horror the request but we or Apple could not find my purchase order even at the iPower.
