GBBeautiful Computer!! Very Satisfied! The computer arrived on time, looks beautiful, in box like new. I needed an adapter plug to use my cables and had back up problems with my Old 2012 MacBook Pro. However today, everything uploaded perfectly and I am LOOKING FORWARD to using this much newer 2020 MacBook Pro machine! Clean, Beautiful, Monterey appears to be perfectly installed. GBThe computer was in great condition The computer was in great condition. It appeared to be new, except that it was delivered in non Apple packaging. It is now being used hard by my son & has performed perfectly during the two weeks we have had it. It comes with a 1 year warranty so that is always a plus. The staff was great, putting the order together quickly & allowing me to choose local pickup instead of delivery, as I reside close enough for the trip. I even received simple verbal instructions about how to migrate the user account from my old machine to the new one. Who gives basic live, free, & accurate technical support any longer. My answer is iPower Resale. Well done. Thanks.
