The Right Choice! The process to get my USB to them was easy. I been receiving email updates about the status of my USB and once I gave them call they were able to recover my data within hours! Is it Just me, or do they tell everyone they need to use advanced recovery... I contacted them after seeing their quote for around.. $50? online.. for recovery. I had an "internally" damaged flash drive.. it was unreadable, but wasnt physically damaged.. when i explained how the drive was acting., they said it should be a simple fix under $100... Once I sent them the drive and money order, all of a sudden advanced recovery is needed... and thats about $700.. Why is it that most reviews Im reading here are all saying the same thing... simple recovery didnt work, advanced recovery was needed....

Great Service I sent in an unreadable usb memory stick that was getting hot when plugged in. They were able to recover most if not all my files.
