Very Happy Customer Had to send eProvided a thumb drive that was run over by a car that would not work. They were able to retrieve the important documents off the drive quickly and at a reasonable rate. EProvided kept me up-to-date on what was going on with excellent customer service. Great Customer Service EProvided successfully recovered my thumb drive. I mistakenly damaged the drive when my laptop fell to the floor. The thumb drive was in the laptop and it bent. I was afraid I would lose all those years of data in the drive along with digital photos of my family and important documents I had saved through the years. Fortunately, they were able to recover the data successfully. Customer Service was always very prompt and following up with me and letting me know the status of my issue. They are extremely professional and efficient. Davor was the person in eProvided that demonstrated exceptional communications skills and professionalism. Is it Just me, or do they tell everyone they need to use advanced recovery... I contacted them after seeing their quote for around.. $50? online.. for recovery. I had an "internally" damaged flash drive.. it was unreadable, but wasnt physically damaged.. when i explained how the drive was acting., they said it should be a simple fix under $100... Once I sent them the drive and money order, all of a sudden advanced recovery is needed... and thats about $700.. Why is it that most reviews Im reading here are all saying the same thing... simple recovery didnt work, advanced recovery was needed....

Recovered Photos and video from to vacations, exceptional Speed and Communication! I went on two amazing vacations, and during the second vacation my camera quit working. Once I got home I tried to upload my photos to my computer, it didn't work. So I did what most people do try a software recovery but the problem was my device did not even read. I contacted eProvided at which point they said that they would be able to help. A couple of days later I received a DVD with all my pictures from Amsterdam and California that I would not have been able to recover otherwise. Great company would use them time and time again if I had any further data recovery needs for me or any of my friends
