They saved all my work! Thank you eProvided for rescuing my files. I thought everything was gone but they rebuilt my AutoCAD file system. This was after another company promised to save it but couldn't do the job. All those weeks of work that I thought were lost have been restored. Great Customer Service EProvided successfully recovered my thumb drive. I mistakenly damaged the drive when my laptop fell to the floor. The thumb drive was in the laptop and it bent. I was afraid I would lose all those years of data in the drive along with digital photos of my family and important documents I had saved through the years. Fortunately, they were able to recover the data successfully. Customer Service was always very prompt and following up with me and letting me know the status of my issue. They are extremely professional and efficient. Davor was the person in eProvided that demonstrated exceptional communications skills and professionalism. Very Happy Customer Had to send eProvided a thumb drive that was run over by a car that would not work.
