Bad quality product Bad quality product, this PC is very difficult to move. I contacted the customer service for the return and no attention, they answered after 3 days and they ask me all kinds of explanations why I want to return it. After I answer them, I have no an answer. I called that phone number on their website and it is not valid. Everything is fake. I will have to report this website which is not legal because they do not have the real contact details which in Germany are requested. Beware of buying anything from here...

Ace Magician Mini PC Failure I purchased a mini PC directly through the manufacturer. It was OK for a few months before it start showing the BSOD. Ran tests and discovered it was due to bad memory. Also discovered the memory isn't user replacable as it is soldered on. Contacted the company through their email. After a good while they finally replied and asked for pictures stating that they would take care of the problem. Sent them the pictures and waited. Sent them another email and waited. It's been at least 2 months since and still no reply. Save your money and purchase from a reputable manufacturer who won't leave you high and dry.
