Bad quality product Bad quality product, this PC is very difficult to move. I contacted the customer service for the return and no attention, they answered after 3 days and they ask me all kinds of explanations why I want to return it. After I answer them, I have no an answer. I called that phone number on their website and it is not valid. Everything is fake. I will have to report this website which is not legal because they do not have the real contact details which in Germany are requested. Beware of buying anything from here...

Purchased an ACEMAGICIAN Nipogi CK10… Purchased an ACEMAGICIAN Nipogi CK10 from '3_pin_plug' on Ebay. It failed after 8mnths, no booting and despite many attempts could not be recovered. By this time I deduced that the 512GB SSD had failed. Attempts to invoke the warranty, through the seller, Ebay even PAYPAl. Although all I require is a REPAIR UNDER THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY. I shall continue try to find a way to have the Warranty honoured.

Great service ! Acemagic has many different products, I’d try to contact Acemagic for product spec before I place order, they response me in 24hrs, and answer my questions. Now, i got my new laptop, very satisfied their service and support.
