New US sim The sim I ordered arrived as promised via Fed Ex. It started operating on the day I requested although in the UK we are 5 hours in advance of New York so it started working in the afternoon/evening. A very efficient service.

Absolutely Fabulous I contacted Sims4USA to ensure I could ring Irish land lines and mobile numbers. The response was immediate and made my decision easy to purchase the sim. The sim was waiting for me in Miami at my hotel when I arrived. The company had the card activated and everything was very smooth. The next time we visit the USA we will get 2 x sims - one for my husband and I as he also thought it excellent value for money.

Great Customer Service I had some slight issues trying to connect when I arrived in the US, but 1 email and a phoncall from Travis later it was working perfect. I'm able to use mobile data/Internet plus make calls and texts within US. Just what I wanted. The customer service was excellent. Delay in delivery. Need to write in for them to send over after 3 business day as no acknowledgement from them after purchase. Website not stable, prompt to a website which blocked by antivirus program. Sim still deliver in the end, hope it's activated on that day as indicated on their website.
