CAThe e-sim is working just fine The e-sim is working just fine, there are two things that would help the experience. 1. It would be good if it was clear on the website that the charges are in USD. My internet search specified Canada, so I expected to be charged in CAD. That is not the case. 2. It would be good if it was quite clear at the outset that the e-sim would be delivered by email on the day that it is to be activated, rather than at the time of order, with activation on the date of travel.

IEHassle free SIM whilst travelling in the US. Fast , efficient and transparent service . I ordered my US SIM card online and it was delivered via courier to my home address in Ireland within a week . I inserted my new sim whilst on my flight to the US and upon arrival it worked like a dream , a great service and company to deal with.

GBWe experienced a lot of areas within North Dakota where there was some consistent coverage We experienced a lot of areas within urban cities low bars or no bars and other places with good bars. Especially through Wyoming and Rapid City, ND. It wasn't as bad in Grand Forks, ND. The strength and consistency of the signal should also be noted before purchase. Canadian data signals are definitely more consistent however I understand that it will depend on how the agreements T-Mobile has and where t b E coverage is. We didn't expect coverage through the mountains but we did expect coverage in urban areas and highways with flatter terrain.

NLMy order for an eSim was not delivered My order for an eSim was not delivered! I then sent several messages that were eventually responded to when I no longer needed the eSim and was forced to buy a more expensive SIM from T-mobile.
