GBFast delivery, great customer service, strong signal The SIM card arrived very quickly after ordering, and was perfect for us (being Brits heading to America). The signal was strong, it worked in our UK unlocked phone no problem, and was absolutely ideal for us whilst on holiday. We shall definitely be getting a SIM card through SIMS 4 USA again.

IEAbsolutely Fabulous I contacted Sims4USA to ensure I could ring Irish land lines and mobile numbers. The response was immediate and made my decision easy to purchase the sim. The sim was waiting for me in Miami at my hotel when I arrived. The company had the card activated and everything was very smooth. The next time we visit the USA we will get 2 x sims - one for my husband and I as he also thought it excellent value for money.

NLFast and quick delivery Fast and quick delivery. For European customers: keep in mind that you will have to pay a separate (small) import duty as well. The coverage of T-Mobile wasn't great in the US. As expected, it works fine when you're in the big cities but when you're out in the desert or national parks, you're often without coverage. Don't know if the other providers are any better though, the US is after all a very big country.

CAThe e-sim is working just fine The e-sim is working just fine, there are two things that would help the experience. 1. It would be good if it was clear on the website that the charges are in USD. My internet search specified Canada, so I expected to be charged in CAD. That is not the case. 2. It would be good if it was quite clear at the outset that the e-sim would be delivered by email on the day that it is to be activated, rather than at the time of order, with activation on the date of travel.
