GBJason was very professional in his… Jason was very professional in his presentation by his mannerism and working on my roof. But unfortunately, we couldn't make the connection. I live in Swan Lake Estates that another resident is proud to be your customer. I'm towards the back of out Swan Lak Adult Community - Manufacture homes. Too many trees in-between not able to connect. If you ever get a higher reach please contact me because my friend loves your service. I need help.

GBI felt a need to have written… I felt a need to have written instructions re: set up of the system. I was without internet for 2 days after installation because I did not know how to proceed. I am pretty sure that I will like the service once I "feel it out", but initially, I was ready to forget the whole thing and look for something else!

GBCustomer service by the installer was… Customer service by the installer was done efficiently. The installer took his time to ensure that the system worked and that we were able to connect our devices. He spent a lot of time trying to get our lap top computers to connect to the wifi system, but to no avail. It was determined that one computer was outdated and wouldn't connect to the system while the second lap top did finally connect. Our internet speeds have greatly improved over the previous provider who would not correct the exposed phone lines in our back yard after 4 years of negelect.

GBI’ve used Simply Bits’ family plan for… I’ve used Simply Bits’ family plan for about 10 years. The wi fi cuts out quite often, but usually not for long periods. It’s just frustrating when it does. I’ve been trying to reach their billing dept so I can change payment method. It never used to be this difficult to reach them. I haven’t had to call for any reason for probably 5 years. They have an option for customer service to call you, but you can’t do much while you’re waiting so you don’t miss the call.
