The installer found a signal! The installer came out, looked around the property and figured the best place for us to receive the signal. Prior to his visit we had been told we couldn't receive a signal from our location. We had called 3 separate times over the past few years with hopes there was a new tower or a stronger signal we could connect to with Simply Bits. We are really please with the reception we are receiving! The past 14 years with Century Link has been HORRIBLE. The installer was professional, cleaned up after himself and was considerate of our space. We highly recommend Simply Bits!

I am trying to cancel my internet… I am trying to cancel my internet service. It is the most intermittent and slow internet I have used since dial-up back in the 90s!!! After 4 phone calls and sitting on hold for an hour…finally get a call back. After giving the rep. my info he tells me he can’t cancel my service, and someone will get back to me shortly….right! I guess I am gonna have to call my bank and tell them not to allow auto payments for Simply Bits. Worst customer service ever!

So far, so very good Website makes it easy to request installation for the Mbps rate you want. Their phone rep quickly arranged it, plus called me again to resolve some odd bug-a-boos concerning my specific situation. And the installer was prompt, courteous, and careful.

After waiting for at least 15+ minutes… After waiting for at least 15+ minutes the support person said she could not reset the modem because our router was not Simply Bits. We have trouble setting up our computer and smart TV and was working with Google support because it’s their router. Their suggestion was to have the modem reset. So our internet, except to our iPhone, doesn’t work and we can’t get help from you.
