Great Internet. Outstanding Service I woke up yesterday morning with my internet not working. I called tech support at 8am and there was a technician (Justin) at my door within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem (my equipment was 10+ years old) and had everything up and running within another 30 minutes. I was out the door to work by 9am. And on top of it all I received a call prior to the tech coming out and after he left, from Suzette (who is wonderful!) to make sure everything was working correctly. Thank you Simply Bits!

So far, so very good Website makes it easy to request installation for the Mbps rate you want. Their phone rep quickly arranged it, plus called me again to resolve some odd bug-a-boos concerning my specific situation. And the installer was prompt, courteous, and careful.

Great, friendly and efficient service! Ms. Masters listened to my issue (temporary need to shut down the 5 GHz channel on my eero mesh network to connect security camera), called a colleague who could perform the temporary shutdown which only Simply Bits could do, and stayed on the line until her colleague reported shutdown successful. I was able to connect the security camera and the 5 GHz channel restarted 15 minutes after the shutdown as promised. On top of that, Ms. Masters called me back later (as she said she would) to confirm everything had worked out OK for me.

The installer found a signal! The installer came out, looked around the property and figured the best place for us to receive the signal. Prior to his visit we had been told we couldn't receive a signal from our location. We had called 3 separate times over the past few years with hopes there was a new tower or a stronger signal we could connect to with Simply Bits. We are really please with the reception we are receiving! The past 14 years with Century Link has been HORRIBLE. The installer was professional, cleaned up after himself and was considerate of our space. We highly recommend Simply Bits!
