I mistakenly ordered the wrong battery… I mistakenly ordered the wrong battery (X1 Carbon Gen3 instead of X1 Carbon Tablet Gen 3), a simple mistake that could have happened to anyway. The customer service was really excellent and prompt and gave me a refund as well.. really going the extra mile. I know where to get my unusual / odd batteries next time :) Thanks fella's. Iain.

SPLENDIFEROUSLY AWESOME!! I was pleasantly surprised how helpful they were in warranty -ing my cell case.. I was preparing for a lengthy battle of words. I was wrong... They were friendly and cooperative.. They replaced my broken cell case in one email.. They only asked for my address. I have other fones I will be buying cases from them from now on.. I will be buying another new cell with a new Rome case with holster.. Their cases are attractive and ergonomic. Thank you Rome for helping me..
