Rometech is an amazing company Rometech is an amazing company, not only did I make an initial purchase thru Amazon but I have called back because I keep breaking my clip(my own fault), and they have accommodated me every time. Great customer service.

The person on the tech desk was polite… The person on the tech desk was polite and respectful. She realized they had a problem with the product and immediately sent me a new one. The product is excellent and really protects my phone. The replacement has some glue applied to hold the pin in place where the original did not have this. I think it will last this time.

There and back again, a battery’s tale I was looking for a replacement real-time-clock (RTC) battery for my Toshiba portege z835 and ordered a battery. When the battery came, the connector didn’t fit the existing connector. The website said z935 and I got the impression from other websites that z935 and z835 used the same RTC battery. I contacted customer support to see if either myself or the company made a mistake. I sent pictures of the battery with some caliper measurements of the connector plug, and they were able to find a compatible replacement. I was able to replace the battery and get rid of my bios boot error. Kudos to Rome for breathing new life into my old laptop and for working with me to find a replacement. You may have better luck sending a picture of your battery first to customer support before you buy if your exact model isn’t labeled in their site.

My purchase is my 4th Rome Tech case My purchase is my 4th Rome Tech case. 4 different phones over time and each time the Rome Tech case fits my phone. It really is that simple. the case is built to fit the phone and it performs it's designed function. While other companies try to add in bells and whistles that seem more appealing, (like a POS screen protector that actually interferes with operating the phone) those bells and whistles make for a poorly designed, excessively expensive case
