Never a bad experience I've always had a great experience Triton Datacom. Pricing is transparent, the products are exactly as described, and customer service is beyond helpful! I've had two orders have minor issues and both were handled quickly, professionally, and with total focus on customer satisfaction. If you need telecom, server, or network hardware that may be a bit harder to find elsewhere, need it quickly, or are looking for a lower price while still being above board this is the place to go.

I received an email about an order that… I received an email about an order that I had placed, however, I had never placed it. I was able to contact them via their online chat and then a follow-up phone call and was able to get the order canceled as well as the cc information to be able to contact my bank to cancel the card.
