GBNever a bad experience I've always had a great experience Triton Datacom. Pricing is transparent, the products are exactly as described, and customer service is beyond helpful! I've had two orders have minor issues and both were handled quickly, professionally, and with total focus on customer satisfaction. If you need telecom, server, or network hardware that may be a bit harder to find elsewhere, need it quickly, or are looking for a lower price while still being above board this is the place to go.

GBI was unaware that the Yealink Phones… I was unaware that the Yealink Phones did not come with a power supply so we had to order separately. I also did not read the full detail that states power supply is "optional" so the company is not fully at fault. It would have been nice however if those information were mentioned by the sales person while making the order.

GBOrdered a Polycom VVX500 and received a… Ordered a Polycom VVX500 and received a “Lame Device) that would not even Initialize when booting up…., even after setting to factory default two or three times. Good phones like these have to initialize and they’re never gonna go anywhere. Waiting for good replacement information or refund information from seller
