GBI ordered a batch of NUCs from Reef… I ordered a batch of NUCs from Reef (first time ordering from them). The order came promptly, but didn't have the right amount RAM installed. Reef responded to my customer service request immediately, and got things sorted. I'm very happy with the service, and will buy from Reef again.

GBNot everything came in the box that was… Not everything came in the box that was needed to use the headset. I am very disappointed. I’m having to wait an extra week to get the earpiece for the headset. I’m not very happy at all.

GBCustomer Service that is off the charts! Buy from Triton Al at Triton went above and beyond on his level of customer service. Most companies would not return an email for an order this small; however, Al made sure the phone was operational and we were completely satisfied. We will purchase every phone from this point forward from Triton

GBSolid info on the product I wanted to… Solid info on the product I wanted to purchase - they doublechecked that I was ordering the correct part. The package was missing a part of the order - which they fixed immediately, with a minimum of fuss. Much appreciated!

GBI was unaware that the Yealink Phones… I was unaware that the Yealink Phones did not come with a power supply so we had to order separately. I also did not read the full detail that states power supply is "optional" so the company is not fully at fault. It would have been nice however if those information were mentioned by the sales person while making the order.
