Ruby works well. Good customer service. No issues with my Ruby after about two years. Good customer support. There was a minor hiccup when I ordered with Linux installed, and apparently they didn’t have the image ready or something. But I was planning to wipe the drive myself anyway, so no big deal. Service like you'll get no where else . . . . Performing a full reset/restore is always a bit unnerving. Unanticipated events can occur. So it's important to have reliable and competent allies to get you over the hurdles. And as competent and reliable allies, Nancy and Alicia are as good as they get. I was up and running in barely a day. Considering some of the experiences I've had with other computer service providers - that is amazing. Great product (my NUC is nearly 5 years old!) and Great Service.
