Glenn and Rich with SuperLogics are… Glenn and Rich with SuperLogics are FANTASTIC. We placed an order for a few LCDS and wanted to set up payment with Purchase Order. Rich was an excellent resource, following up with the credit department around a holiday weekend. He made sure we did not feel forgotten about! When Glenn sent the invoice, he jumped in to assist me in making sure all of our tax exempt documents were loaded into the system and applied to our invoice. I highly recommend SuperLogics, and will definitely be a returning customer thanks to Rich Constantini and Glenn Ritchie!

Responsiveness is lacking Responsiveness is lacking; it is very hard to get in touch with someone for a quote. This has not been just one time but several. We reach out to existing sales members that we have worked with in the past. Last year we ended up purchasing from a different company! Also the week lead time for a n order acknowledgement is ridiculous!

I am impressed and will recommend them anytime. First the bad: I think I may have received my shipment a day late, but it was a rush order, shipped completely across the country, and logistics have been a nightmare for a while now. The good: Everything else. I wasn't paying attention and misordered extra rails. They called to verify what I intended to do. They also said that they had a different part available that exceeded the specs for what I needed from the system, thus giving me some wiggle room... at a reduced price, and would I like to have them make a substitution? Wonderful service on the phone after as well.
