Excellent service and good pricing Excellent service and good pricing. Very satisfied with our experience in buying equipment to meet our needs. We now have 10 servers in use for our video surveillance system. We plan to purchase more as we add additional capacity. Also love the easy to install mounting system for our service rack. It simply "snaps" in place, so easy!

I am impressed and will recommend them anytime. First the bad: I think I may have received my shipment a day late, but it was a rush order, shipped completely across the country, and logistics have been a nightmare for a while now. The good: Everything else. I wasn't paying attention and misordered extra rails. They called to verify what I intended to do. They also said that they had a different part available that exceeded the specs for what I needed from the system, thus giving me some wiggle room... at a reduced price, and would I like to have them make a substitution? Wonderful service on the phone after as well.
