Responsiveness is lacking Responsiveness is lacking; it is very hard to get in touch with someone for a quote. This has not been just one time but several. We reach out to existing sales members that we have worked with in the past. Last year we ended up purchasing from a different company! Also the week lead time for a n order acknowledgement is ridiculous!

Great hardware Great service We came across SuperLogics o line when we were loooku g to get 4 systems for streaming. We had some questions, called and hapen to get Liam who promptly answered all our question and .made suggestion. At the end of the convo we asked him to send us a quote which was sent in a rimely manner. We did have a delay in the making the order and in that time the hardware became unavailable but Liam again came in like superman and gave us a suitable replacement, constantly updatng us and we should be getting out shipmentshortluy. It was super easy dealing with SuperLogic and the interaction was excellent..There will be out goto now for certain Hardware
