They were able to take it back and correct the jumper setting (I tried, but it was too small and hard to get it, and I ended up just dropping the jumper somewhere in the case). Rich was an excellent resource, following up with the credit department around a holiday weekend. He made sure we did not feel forgotten about! From Order to Delivery and Install From Order to Delivery and Install, everything has been perfect. My only criticism is that SuperLogics does not provide a single disc recovery solution to permit the buyer to restore the hard drive or restore / fix windows conveniently. They give you what you need after the fact if you request it.. Curious. Great box!
