My only criticism is that SuperLogics does not provide a single disc recovery solution to permit the buyer to restore the hard drive or restore / fix windows conveniently. They give you what you need after the fact if you request it.. Curious. Great box!

They were able to take it back and correct the jumper setting (I tried, but it was too small and hard to get it, and I ended up just dropping the jumper somewhere in the case). Thanks to Superlogics for the fast repair and return.

Highly recommend. Super logics makes good quality components and delivers the goods in a reasonable timeframe. Support for the products they sell is top notch and if there is an issue it will get resolved professionally and promptly.

Glenn and Rich with SuperLogics are… Glenn and Rich with SuperLogics are FANTASTIC. We placed an order for a few LCDS and wanted to set up payment with Purchase Order. Rich was an excellent resource, following up with the credit department around a holiday weekend. He made sure we did not feel forgotten about! When Glenn sent the invoice, he jumped in to assist me in making sure all of our tax exempt documents were loaded into the system and applied to our invoice.
