Inovation is only one of their secret weapons. As a professional film maker and past lead sales / video tech here in Los Angeles I have never experienced such amazing customer support and knowledge from such a innovative film company like Interfit USA. So far I have purchased their Ring Light and the Nomad Battery Backup. Both pieces have become every day tools with my image making. I am looking forward to purchasing their strobes and other video lights in the near future. Other companies should also take notes on their shipping / packaging amazingness! Thank you Interfit!

Customer Support is Great pop up was ok.... Customer Support is Great, and I would probably buy from them again, though I like the backdrop I'm not "loving" it. It was a good value for the money, but I would also consider possibly spending a bit more as quality on this was OK but not great. The fabric itself in terms of color and hand painting was fine, but the fabric was a little thin, and there were wrinkles and you could see it did not quite fit the frame as well as some of my other popups. I think I will be able to work around it, but don't see any way to get the wrinkles out. However, their customer service went above and beyond the call of duty, and for that alone, I would be willing to give them another shot in the future.

The designer of the light personally called to help me solve a problem... I was having a technical issue getting the HSS to work on one of Interfit's lights. I contacted customer support and I got a call back from the designer of the light!! I was blown away that he would personally call me to help solve the issue! Very nice and smart guy, we talked for 10-15 minutes about the problem, photography projects, and future product releases. In the end, we agreed all the problem signs point to my camera being the issue. (I ran tests and came to this same conclusion). I guess this is an excuse to get a new one! I was already excited about the capabilities of the light, and now I'm fully on board seeing how dedicated they are to helping customers!
