The designer of the light personally called to help me solve a problem... I was having a technical issue getting the HSS to work on one of Interfit's lights. I contacted customer support and I got a call back from the designer of the light!! I was blown away that he would personally call me to help solve the issue! Very nice and smart guy, we talked for 10-15 minutes about the problem, photography projects, and future product releases. In the end, we agreed all the problem signs point to my camera being the issue. (I ran tests and came to this same conclusion). I guess this is an excuse to get a new one! I was already excited about the capabilities of the light, and now I'm fully on board seeing how dedicated they are to helping customers!

Really disappointed I have called, emailed, chatbot, and used social media to get a hold of anyone at Interfit to try and remedy a problem with my S1 strobe, but now I’m seeing why we might go back to profits. No response anywhere.

I ordered a Honey Badger unleased I… I ordered a Honey Badger unleased I have never received. No Follow up to say it is delayed. Nothing on the website to suggest it was back ordered. Nothing at all. You seem to be in Irvine, near my old offices, so I am going to go over there and ask why I have't received it. I know a lot of gear is backordered, but it this is the case you should have told me. I had to rent gear to make up for it.

Products are great Products are great, they work well and for the price point, I couldn't be happier! Items shipped quickly and were received after just 2 days. The only piece of feedback I might provide is I purchased 2 soft boxes that required a speed ring, and I had never used this type of soft box before. It would have been really nice to have some sort of installation instructions, or even a video on the website posted. The only thing I could find from Interfit was a video showing these items with a pop up style, similar to an umbrella. I ended up figuring out how to set them up with a competitors video.
