GBPurchased the Badger Unleashed and it… Purchased the Badger Unleashed and it is an incredible light, very light and portable. I must also say thank you to your shipping department I put the wrong zip code in and they called to make sure the proper address and zip had been given so I could get my light timely. .

GBI was hoping to find some basic… I was hoping to find some basic guidance on setting up my lights. I didn't find it on your site and am experimenting to find my desired results. Maybe I'm not using the site correctly.

GBRecently purchased two silver lined… Recently purchased two silver lined umbrellas. Being well made, they should provide many years of service. I also purchased several pop up backgrounds (5'X6'). The quality is fantastic and I only wish I had discovered these when I was in the photography business. They are well constructed, sturdy, and the quality of the fabric is outstanding. I especially like the brick background with the solid gray on the reverse side. The backgrounds are so fairly priced that I now own six of them...the cost of which would only provide for one background I used to purchase...you cannot go wrong with these backgrounds. They are portable and easily fold back into the provided case.

DKI have 2 Interfit s1 strobes I have 2 Interfit s1 strobes. Interfit doesn’t update their firmware. The latest update is from aug 2019. !! This means that I can’t use my strobes with my Nikon z9. The z9 has been here more than one year. This is not acceptable, and is rendering my interfit strobes obsolete. Buy something else. Godox, pro etc..

GBThe designer of the light personally called to help me solve a problem... I was having a technical issue getting the HSS to work on one of Interfit's lights. I contacted customer support and I got a call back from the designer of the light!! I was blown away that he would personally call me to help solve the issue! Very nice and smart guy, we talked for 10-15 minutes about the problem, photography projects, and future product releases. In the end, we agreed all the problem signs point to my camera being the issue. (I ran tests and came to this same conclusion). I guess this is an excuse to get a new one! I was already excited about the capabilities of the light, and now I'm fully on board seeing how dedicated they are to helping customers!
