Bumpy Visa to Pakistan I was trying to submit my photo for over a while to obtain a visa to Pakistan with no luck. I broke down and paid for Visafoto to help me. The first attempt was not successful, so I contacted them for further assistance. Ekaterina responded within 15 minutes. I submitted a second photo to her, but she said the it needed to be clearer. I then set up an improvised tripod to make another photo, sent it to her, and received a clean visa photo. And it was accepted. Hallelujah! During this experience, Ekaterina responded to me in emails four times within an hour to help me. I truly appreciate the extra support that I needed.

One of the pictures had a shadow, and we realised that later, so we took another one and ask them to do the same thing for the new one. It was done in less than 10 mins and sent back to us via email.
