May take some time, but what do you expect? It’s from China but my packages arrive along with shipping info for tracking.

Ordered £500 earphones, not arrived Ordered £500 earphones, not delivered. Linsoul have said that they know that they have not been delivered. They are waiting for the package to be returned, waiting weeks now, and are unable to simply send a new order until they receive the parcel from the courier. This has taken almost a month. Really bad customer service, will never buy from them again
