SENever again. The item was in stock and I payed for express shipping, customer service say that it wasn't in order and the timeframe that is express shipping is when they get the product. And that timeframe is 3 to 7 days, will not touch anything more frome this company or even consider ordering anything else.

GBHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Had a defective IEM and they gave me the run around and wouldn't let me exchange or send replacement until I "smashed the Iems with a hammer" a whole week for them to even offer a solution. After sending them video evidence they still never sent them. SCAM!!! Buy elsewhere - hifigo, penonaudio, amazon.

GBExcellent All Around Overall, my experience has been great! I like to shop at Linsoul when I don't see the products I want on Amazon, and often I'll find a very satisfying deal or promotion here. The selection is pretty well curated - I always see highly recommended stuff for sale. Checkout is very easy and all my purchases have arrived on time.

DEGood prices and very good customer service Ordered a digital audio player (Hiby R3 Pro Saber) when it was on offer. Customer service replied immediately when I wanted to change colour. Although it took a few days before they shipped it, everything went fine. The player arrived in Germany without any problems just a few days later (with DHL Express). Also placed an order some weeks ago for some headphones but cancelled it again. Here also customer service was quick and refunded the amount immediately. Can definitely recommend Linsoul for getting quality audio gear for a good price.

FRThis company has it all wrong.. This company has it all wrong... They have been facing so many QC issues that I hope that someone will read this before doing any purchase from them. I bought a 500 USD iem and had to return them 2 times within a couple of years. And no, I'm not throwing them around, they carefully stay at home. And guess what, you have to pay for the repair and shipping, wonderful. And last but not least, you can't get an invoice of your purchase so if you get them stolen or anything bad, well.... you can't send any official purchase proof that inssurances accept so you're screwed. So you might think that you save up money at start but down the road, you some some as well as sanity because of their not helping at all after sales. Be warned
