Read review policy before you purchase. They're mostly good but one thing prevents them from being a 4 or 5 stars company, their return policy. I bought a chair, it arrived and was total trash, had a yellow stain on on the white center, legs were uneven, just garbage but on top of that, I get banged out for $22 to return it. With the risk of an online purchase not meeting expectations,I won't be buying anything again from Overstock if I'm on the hook for shipping costs.

07-2023 . . . Problems receiving a complete shipment. 07-2023 We ordered a 10’ x 10’ - 5’ high with chain-link and door Dog Kennel With Roof to house two dogs needing outdoor secure arrangement. What a nightmare with over a month of back and forth “conversation” as to when the delivery would be completed. We cancelled order due to lack of complete delivery. We Will NEVER Order ANYTHING From OVERSTOCK AGAIN ! ! !

Horrible return policy Horrible return policy. Horrible customer service from people who can't even communicate. I tried for 2 weeks to contact someone for a return since I was unable to process the return through their website. By the time I reached someone, the return window had closed and he would not help me beyond possibly charging me for return shipping and only giving me store credit. And I wasn't even guaranteed that.

Overstock.com refuses too deleted credit card and account information Bed, Bath, and Beyond (bought by Overstock.com) refuses to delete any of my information, including the credit card on file and account on the website. They claim they need everything stored for 4 years for business purposes. I understand the info on the internal database cannot be deleted for tax related reasons, but under the California Consumer Privacy Act, BBB is required delete any information that they can. No other company has refused this request. If you face this problem, contact the attorney General and California's CCPA department to voice your concern over Overstock.com storing your personal information. Once again, Bed, Bath, and Beyond (Overstock.com) is refusing to delete any of my information at all.

Not Honoring Gift Cards Overstock bought the name of Bed, Bath, & Beyond and are not honoring gift cards from Bed, Bath, & Beyond. My husband and I received multiple gift cards for our wedding this year and when I called there was zero consideration of trying to transfer over the gift card money to Overstock. Not even an offer for some sort of discount on items.
