GBThis company doesn't sound legit I am concerned that I submitted my credit card info to this company. Haven't received my order, cannot talk to anyone (the live-person answering service will only take a message) and their physical address is a virtual location at 8484 wilshire blvd ste 515, Beverly Hills, ca. If you call coast2coast accounting, which is the company that google lists for this address, 310-247-2280, they say that this is a virtual location, similar to UPS, where Last Chance Buys picks up their mail. I have a very bad feeling about these guys...

GBCustomer service STINKS I am getting quite frustrated with their service. We ordered CS6 a week ago and the order says it is pending. We have emailed twice and tried connecting through live chat three times. It always times out. We can't seem to get through to figure out why this hasn't shipped. Meanwhile we can't get the work done because we don't have the program.

GBTime to talk to federal trade commission No response to emails about your order, say they are shipped, you can track your order by using shop app, which what's access to your email. So they can track all your shopping online, give some access to your email, that's crazy to me, time to contact federal trade commission on this company

GBEXTREMELY POOR COMPANY I ordered Adobe Acrobat XPro from them over two weeks ago, no disk, no return calls, no return emails. DO NOT BUY from these people.

GBDo not use this retailer! - should be negative stars... Not sure if they will post this since they seem to be deleting their negative reviews, but here goes. I placed an order for CS6 almost 2 weeks ago, and received notice that it would be "shipping shortly" immediately afterwards. After a week of dead silence and no change in "my account" status, I tried calling customer service, leaving messages for the shipping department, and emailing as directed, but got no where. I have tried again several times this week, still getting no where. I did eventually get a live (albeit rude) person who directed me to their tech support person for Adobe products (option 3 which seems odd for shipping question), who was helpful enough, but still could not tell me when I might receive my purchase, or much of anything other than someone would call me within 24hr to answer my question. Still nothing! After seeing the few negative reviews that remain on this site with the same issue, I canceled my credit card to prevent this purchase from going through. A pain, but at least I am not out any money from this non legitimate business!
