IDAnyone reported to the police Anyone reported to the police? I think we can gather together thru online to charge them with proper legal actions. At least they will publish worldwide that they are scammer to avoid victim in their activity in the future. Im willing to spend more dollars to make an legal actions again them if they not fullfill this project.

GBDo not buy this!! Do not buy this!!! This is not a legit company says it's in America but shipped from china. I ordered a pump it took weeks to arrive despite paying for express delivery by which point my milk supply stopped despite trying to hand pump. I wrote asking for a refund and was offered 20% discount which I declined as I had no need for the pump so requested returns instructions and was ignored despite a number of emails. I then decided to give the pump to a friend who is a new mum, she has informed the pump does not have sufficient suction, does not effectively collect milk, leaks everywhere, is hard to empty. Complete waste of £80 that I could not afford to lose.

GBTerrible experience with this company Terrible experience with this company. I ordered a breast pump and was given no indication as to when it would arrive despite paying an addional fee for express delivery. I eventually had to order a different pump from another company. I then proceeded to return the product when it eventually arrived from China. I was informed that I would receive a full refund upon receipt. After chasing by email the company finally confirmed that they had received the product and would issue a refund, they never did. I have had to make a claim via my credit card company instead.

CAOn Thursday 13th July On Thursday 13th July, me and my family were supposed to visit Onhwa Lumina. That evening was cancelled due to the weather. We got in contact and asked if we could have a refund. They advised that they do not give refunds. Really disappointed in their response when they cancelled. This is daylight robbery!!
