Arrived in damaged packaging and without any branding, clearly just a very cheap knock off product. I returned it all the way back to China as requested and they said their finance team were processing my refund but I haven’t received anything and they now have stopped replying to my emails. Avoid!!!

Scam company Scam company. I've been duped with a malfunctioning breast pump. It lasted all of two weeks before it failed. Customer service was initially responsive now not returning my emails at all. I was also worried as my bank picked up that the payment might be fraudulent so I doubt going to be able to get my money back that way. Avoid them

I unfortunately had the same experience… I unfortunately had the same experience as the other reviews-opened the package and it had a sticker slapped on it from Lumina, but it was sent from”Horrigan” a dodgy Chinese company. Customer service was really great at first, said no problem would refund me and refund the anmount it cost to ship item back. But alas, when following up on my refund and shipping refund, No reply, looks like they’re out of business now.? Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Don’t buy!! The lumina took a long time to arrive. The parts don’t fit together great, you really have to push them hard together, the flange kept popping off during pumping sessions, the collection cup kept unsealing itself so milk I’d sat ages to get would leak and 3 months in one of the two pumps stopped working, and although I complained a month ago I’m get to have a refund. Avoid! This issue cause my expressing schedule to be heavily impacted and now my baby has had to go fully formula fed.

At least they will publish worldwide that they are scammer to avoid victim in their activity in the future. Im willing to spend more dollars to make an legal actions again them if they not fullfill this project.
