Beware the fine print! Beware the fine print! Camera works fine but the mounting bracket is too lose to affix to monitor (slides off). There is no way to adjust or tighten the mount hinge. Contacted customer service and 4-8 weeks needed for replacement AND I PAY FOR SHIPPING FROM CHINA! There are many other webcam choices - stay away from this one.

Terrible experience with this company Terrible experience with this company. I ordered a breast pump and was given no indication as to when it would arrive despite paying an addional fee for express delivery. I eventually had to order a different pump from another company. I then proceeded to return the product when it eventually arrived from China. I was informed that I would receive a full refund upon receipt. After chasing by email the company finally confirmed that they had received the product and would issue a refund, they never did. I have had to make a claim via my credit card company instead.

One star is being generous. One star is generous. The breast pump is absolutely faulty, it’s painful when you do manage to get 5 seconds of it functioning and has really impacted my feeding. Customer service will ignore you despite the rubbish on their website about returns and warranty. DO NOT BUY !

Avoid this company! I’d give 0 if I could! Same as some of the reviews below, lumina sent me the wrong brand of breast pumps. They were sent back unused to China(!) at a cost of £27 back in July - their website states UK and USA ops but products sent from/to china. We’re now in October and the company still haven’t refunded me and they have now stopped responding to my emails - I had the same response every time ‘finance department are looking into the refund’. I’ve had to contact my bank in an attempt to do a chargeback.

A skincare system that works! I received the lumiere in perfect condition and delivery was on time. I started using this product 3-4 times a week. I have used many facial Treatments and this is by far the best one I have ever used. I noticed within a short amount of time the tone and appearance of my skin looked healthier. The redness decreased, the pores were more refined. After continued use I have noticed a definite tightening and decrease in age spots and fine wrinkles. I am so looking forward to continued use. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is seeking a skin care system that works.
