Scam company Scam company. Recieved my pump that cost CDN $274 (including warranty) but it was in a box with Chinese writing and had “Horigen” on it instead of “lumina”, I asked for money back but they said I would have to ship it back. Shipping was gonna cost over $200 so I said no. Then they offered a 30% refunded, and I never ended up getting the refund as they started ignoring my emails!! And the bank won’t refund me so I’m out of luck.

On Thursday 13th July On Thursday 13th July, me and my family were supposed to visit Onhwa Lumina. That evening was cancelled due to the weather. We got in contact and asked if we could have a refund. They advised that they do not give refunds. Really disappointed in their response when they cancelled. This is daylight robbery!!

Do not buy this!! Do not buy this!!! This is not a legit company says it's in America but shipped from china. I ordered a pump it took weeks to arrive despite paying for express delivery by which point my milk supply stopped despite trying to hand pump. I wrote asking for a refund and was offered 20% discount which I declined as I had no need for the pump so requested returns instructions and was ignored despite a number of emails. I then decided to give the pump to a friend who is a new mum, she has informed the pump does not have sufficient suction, does not effectively collect milk, leaks everywhere, is hard to empty. Complete waste of £80 that I could not afford to lose.

Don’t buy!! The lumina took a long time to arrive. The parts don’t fit together great, you really have to push them hard together, the flange kept popping off during pumping sessions, the collection cup kept unsealing itself so milk I’d sat ages to get would leak and 3 months in one of the two pumps stopped working, and although I complained a month ago I’m get to have a refund. Avoid! This issue cause my expressing schedule to be heavily impacted and now my baby has had to go fully formula fed.
