I ordered 4 items and received the 2 of… I ordered 4 items and received the 2 of them only while on their end seemed as fully delivered. I called them about 4 times, I sent email and after one month +, neither refunded me nor sent the 2 remaining items. While in the past I did not have similar issues after this non existent customer support, I will never buy anything else from them. Its ok until you have actually an issue, then good luck... the amount thankgod was really small but still is not the amount (which I paid anyway) but the experience and the scam.. Even if they did not believe I was saying the truth if they had a serious inventory they will see that they could find the issue.

Products dont work straight from the box Almost everything I buy from Public doesn't work straight from the box. Unfortunately, their answer/solution is to have your brand new item repaired. Why should a brand new, never been used product need repairing - its doesn't bode well for the quality of the product if it doesn't work straight from the box. Don't waste your money on their substandard products or service. They clearly dont care about the customer, just their money

Absolutely terrible experience!! Honestly you guys, I have no idea how you’re still surviving in this field... Your customer services and deliveries are one of the worst to ever exist! Your products sales are a total FRAUD!! The prices are extremely high and I’ve been trying to order something for more than two months and you practically make it impossible for me! Your external partners take for ages to prepare a delivery and you seem to stand by and just watch and do absolutely NOTHING!! So so frustrating… You definitely know how to get on people’s nerves!! Just sell the company to someone more worthy, organised and capable!! Utterly, embarrassed of you and your company’s values and policies!! Never ordering from you again, not even visiting one of your stores for window shopping!! I strongly advise people to stay away from this chaotic situation!!!

Total failure Worst e-commerce experience. Order placed 2 weeks ago (and paid) for a product which was tagged as available for next day delivery. Failed to deliver on promised date so the order was cancelled. Two weeks later and the product has not yet returned to them by their 3pl so they cannot proceed to the credit of the my order. Moreover their cc agents are completely rude.
