Public Customer Service is absolutely unacceptable ... Bought set of books for my KID for school (19 books). They didn't sent me one book and I have contacted via online claim procedure then via phone and still nothing. I filed my claim on August 30th and now on September 8th nobody is coming back to me with any answer. Their customer service is absolutely zero, unacceptable

One of a very few smart companies in Greece They had the mobile phone I wanted at an excellent price, the service at my local store was fast and friendly - what more could I ask for. Better yet, Public.gr is one of the few companies in the country to have an online platform in both Greek and English - smart and commendable!

Absolutely terrible experience!! Honestly you guys, I have no idea how you’re still surviving in this field... Your customer services and deliveries are one of the worst to ever exist! Your products sales are a total FRAUD!! The prices are extremely high and I’ve been trying to order something for more than two months and you practically make it impossible for me! Your external partners take for ages to prepare a delivery and you seem to stand by and just watch and do absolutely NOTHING!! So so frustrating… You definitely know how to get on people’s nerves!! Just sell the company to someone more worthy, organised and capable!! Utterly, embarrassed of you and your company’s values and policies!! Never ordering from you again, not even visiting one of your stores for window shopping!! I strongly advise people to stay away from this chaotic situation!!!

Received a damaged product over a month… Received a damaged product over a month ago and still trying to have it picked up for return. They stopped returning my emails. Will now have to try to have the credit card charge reversed. Horrible customer service.
