GBBuyer beware Frigidaire Purchased a Frigidaire microwave in July 2017 along with 3 other kitchen appliances.After less than 3 years of very light use it completely quit on me. Other microwaves I’ve owned lasted about 20 years. When I contacted Frigidaire to say I wasn’t satisfied with the microwave I was first transferred to a disconnected number. I called back and basically was told to call a repair person. Repair people change $100 just to come out. Frigidaire basically told me “too bad you’re out of luck”. Will NEVER buy another Frigidaire product. BUYER BEWARE!!!

GBCustomer service problems; perhaps some growing pains These guys do not respond quickly to emails or phone calls (2 day response time), do not provide ship dates. 3 weeks later, still waiting, with no updates. Order status displays "no information available". Cancelled the credit card I gave them, cancelled order. I did get a call from the store manager. He was very apologetic, and wanted to make things right. For me, however, that ship has sailed. I deeply appreciate his sincere effort in calling, I know calls like ours are not easy, or fun. As mine seems to be the only even half negative review here, maybe you'll have better luck.

GBhorrible service I ran out of time waiting for my order so i had to cancel and they assured me that i will recieve full refund within 7-10 days... i will change review to five stars as soon as i get email verifying that the order has been cancelled and will be recieving full refund and will write another review when i recieve full refund back... i placed my order on oct 29 2015 and was promised delivery within 15 to 20 days and nothing so i called and they said order should ship out nov 27...then heard nothing called again nov 30 and they guarnteed me 1000% that my order would ship out dec 4th which again it did not ship ... i called today and they told me that it MIGHT ship out on dec 11th...so i decided to cancel my order... im very skeptical about recieving my refund... because of the reviews on the bbb website..

GBAs bad as it gets. The New Jersey Better Business Bureau have an alert on this company and an F rating for good reason. Until recently their company address was a tiny used appliance store. When that game was up they now have an address which appears to be a medical complex. In short, I wish I had researched this company properly before handing over $2059 that I only got back several months later after registering a dispute with my credit card company. Appliances Of America never sent me the item I ordered and never gave me the refund they had promised. There are things I would like to say here that I dare not for fear of having this review deleted just like all the other negative ones this 'company' receives. In short, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

GBNew range purchase with ease Billy was extremely helpful with our recent purchase of the Samsung Chef Collection Induction Range. After waiting forever for an local dealer to even give us a quote. Billy give us very a combative price and set everything up within just one hour. Now we are just waiting for the new range. Can't wait to test it out with induction technology now.
