0/5 customer service I got bombarded with "save $10 on purchase of $20" emails. When I tried to use it for a $120 dollar order it didnt work. So I called and the women couldnt figure out my 5 letter adress so she hung up on me. I called 2 more times before my order was finally made and they took payment. 10 days later nothing came so I called and apparently they took my money and didnt ship it because they didnt have my address. (They made me verify my identify using my address at the beginning of the call). Terrible company with terrible customer service spend your money elsewhere!

iPhone Pro 15 Bad Fit Order came in time but defender case for iPhone 15 Pro is a poor fit. The buttons suffer from 'phantom press' in the case as it's too tight - basically makes the phone unusable. Attempting return ATM - will update if a good process

I wish like others I read they reviews… I wish like others I read they reviews first. I unfortunately purchased the wrong product and wanted to return the phone case. What they don't tell you that you have to return the case to Hong Kong at your own expense, which in my case it half the price of the product. Usually companies like this have depo in countries of the purchase to make returns easier. NOT OTTERBOX

Over rated, over prices ,does not keep promises. Me and my daughter bought Otterbox cases. They are overated and definitely over priced. We paid for them 60 dollars each.Hers broke after 8 months and, yes, they replaced for the very same model wich broke after another 6 months.My model is discontinued and Otterbox company does not offer replacement or reimbursement anymore.I asked for Amazon cupon since I faund one, what I believed would be fair.Their refused it as well.So I found this company untrusty ,producing low , very low quality cases for sky rocking prices.I will not buy anything from them.But, of cource, the choice is yours.
