Terrible customer service. Terrible customer service. Product not delivered despite ordering over 2 weeks ago. Been told I need to wait an additional week. Wished I’d checked TripAdvisor first.

SCREWED IN WARRANTY! My case broke after a few months and, it was replaced and broke again. Now my model is discontinued and Otterbox does not offer replacement or reimbursement anymore. I found one on Amazon for $29 bucks and I asked them to buy that and ship it to me. Seems only fair since I was still in warranty that I paid for and they couldn't honor it, But they didn't like that option. Here's what they offered to make me complete: 1 New case to use on another phone. I only have 1 phone????? OR 2. Buy a new phone and they would give my 25% off a new case for the new phone. what a load of BS! OTTER BOX has proven to be another company that continues to throw crap in a box and walk away from the mess they made. Untrusty. Poor quality products. Extremely high pricing. Hopefully I let others know how crappy OTTERBOX really is. just another POS from China!

Appalling Customer Support I tried to place an order and pay via PayPal. The system then wouldn’t process order stating payment failed yet it put hold on payment with PayPal. I contacted their customer service by email, had template response saying they would investigate and not to contact again. 22 days later the hold is still on and they emailed me today telling me to try and order again. Obviously I have since ordered from reliable supplier and all I want is the hold on my account released. Appalling customer service and lack of care.

My phone was ran over by a car My phone was ran over by a van and its OtterBox case/protector left it completely undamaged. 10/10.

Otterbox Defender / Samsung Note 20… Otterbox Defender / Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Within the first year the plastic case cracked in the lower right corner. It was replaced for free with the exception of the shipping cost. The replacement didn't last as long as the first one. The new case cracked in the same location. This time, the glass on the back of my phone shattered while still in the case. Otterbox will replace the case but not cover the cost of any damage to the phone.
