GBMoosoo RT40 Short Battery Life - No Replacement Purchased 4/21 from Amazon. Battery life now down to 20 minutes runtime max. Customer service says replacement battery no longer available. No help on a 3rd party alternate battery. Really, with a 2 year old product ? Would never buy another Moosoo product. 12/7/23 UPDATE: For those interested in a 3rd party replacement battery, the following Cameron Sino battery will work. Search Amazon for: "Cameron Sino Battery for Liectroux C30B C30B 2D C30B 2D WiFi Robot Vacuum Cleaner Midea M4 PN:Liectroux MD-C30B 2600mAh I installed it in my RT40 and the runtime is now back to normal.

GBDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! My cordless vacuum broke after six months. The company admitted the motor was defective and said they shipped a new replacement motor. After two months of going back and forth, never receiving the motor they told me to contact Amazon. They said they couldn’t replace it. They obviously had no intention of ever sending it and just kept giving me answers that were not truthful.

HKHighly recommend! I just started using this around the house and it’s been fantastic. The battery lasts a long time.I live in a condo with hardwood and area rugs. This vacuum is perfect for that environment. I think it picks up things off the floor and rug adequately. What makes it convenient is cordless, it helps a lot when I clean my house from one room to another so that I don’t have to plug in over and over again. Perfect for me. Love.

GBExcellent product and customer service I bought a moosoo vacuum from Amazon last year. 8 months later the hose connector to the body was broken… contacted the company since it has a one year warranty. The part was out and told it will be shipped once available. ( I was little skeptical, be honest… ). Received a brand new vacuum within a week! Professional communication, emails were promptly answered. I am extremely happy with the product ( light weight and does a great job for everyday easy pickup) and excellent customer service. Definitely will get another one, but cordless. Oh, the plug in version, which is the one I purchased, has a LONG cord. Just FYI.

GBDon't buy a moosoo!! Unfortunately as so many others I found customer service completely unacceptable. The cordless S2 vacuum I purchased had the filter missing, but I didn't realize it until I watched a You Tube video how to take the dust cup off. So I thought I could find the filter online and buy it. This vacuum has no parts available to buy anywhere. So I emailed moosoo 3 times and called and waited on hold forever. As others have stated, there was no response whatsoever. Since I bought it through Walmart, they contacted moosoo for me and promised a reply within 48 hours. But again no response, so I will be contacting Walmart's customer service again. Moosoo obviously doesn't stand behind their products at all, do not buy a moosoo. A waste of money and time. At this point I will be demanding my money back in the light of their lack of response and the fact parts are not available for this vacuum.
