GBBuyer beware, nice packaging doesn't cut it After 3 months of careful use the battery in my Moosoo -8G rotrary shaver, purchased by myself from Walmart, would no longer hold a charge.The 120 AC volt power pack was putting out the correct 8 volts DC and with no signs of damage I contacted customer service by email. I included the Walmart order number, photos of the box and unit and serial number tag, repeated the serial number, and twice gave a clear description of the problem. A lady in their customer service named Anna and I next conversed 4 times in email, her only replies being repeated nonsensical requests for "videos of the defect" and assurances that the claim would then be honored. GBVacuum was just what I needed Vacuum was just what I needed. Like other reviews, I find that it works great on hardwood and is still effective on carpet but not 100%. Perfect for grabbing to clean up a mess quickly. Would definitely recommend if looking for an affordable, effective, cordless vacuum.

GBGARBAGE SERVICE for a product that doesn't last!!! Took company 5 months to act on my inquiry which was 2 months before the warranty expired. They finally sent me a new battery because it would not charge properly. After the unit still would not charge, they refused to help. DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!

Unhappy but Cheap Shopper!
GBUnable to contact them for return Bad quality product. When I tried to contact them to return it within a day of receiving it, they are unresponsive. I have tried calling and emailing multiple times

GBThe company is unresponsive to emails The company is unresponsive to emails. I have emailed them multiple times without getting a response. I have purchased 3 cordless vacuums from them and will not purchase another product as their customer service is lacking. Do yourself a favor and look at another brand.
