May have OK products but the company sucks. Nomad seems to have some pretty good products. However, I would be leery to do more business with them since they promise to answer their emails, but don't even bother to answer and explain things that are asked of them. Please find other reviews in other places that say the same thing, that they do not respond to emails even though they promise to do so. My question is would anyone like doing business with a company that has so little regard or courtesy that they just pretend that they care? How utterly low class is that? Finally they emailed me for a review, but when I stated the same as above, I was not allowed to complete the review. My take on that is they must have many bad reviews and don't wish to allow them, even though they asked. Low rent outfit.

My experience with Nomad First time reading these reviews and I am shocked at the rating. I have been using Nomad Cases for 4 Years now and these cases hold up well. With my experience with Nomad it’s been pretty good. Last year I ordered the 14 Pro Max case on accident (I have the 14 Pro) and sent it back, they delivered the new one to me with no issues. As far as durability of these Cases (the horween leather ones) these are indestructible! I’ve dropped this damn phone so many times with no damage done, It’s actually weird. My only small issue are the shipping costs for Canada and the Sticker packs they used to give out with each order. Seems like they must’ve cheaped’ out a bit and didn’t give me anything last time.

I ordered an expensive Apple Watch band… I ordered an expensive Apple Watch band in November 2022. It arrived in late February 2023. It does not fit my Apple Watch Ultra, despite being marketed to work with it. In looking at on-line reviews it seems there are many people with the same issue. Customer service sent me a video on how to put the watch band on, but it still does not fit. Customer service has not yet responded with a solution to my issue. I imagine they are very busy dealing with other complaints, but this is still poor service.

purchased a few items from Nomad I’ve purchased a few bands from nomad more recently the titanium. I was disappointed in first one because their tolerance on fitting to watch was incorrect which destroyed the rubber in the middle push in part of lug. They sent me replacement under warranty. They must have started getting similar complaints because with the new “replacement” they sent video. I have two other colours since and no problem. I had been looking at the titanium and was def put off by cost. But one random day I got a 30% code. So I purchased not expecting quick delivery given other reviews I had read. However it arrived in a week and is quality on the ultra. The only pitiful thing with ultra is the kind of silly and cumbersome link adjustment

Great Looking Watch Band I purchased the leather Modern Band (not the Horween leather). My first impression was that this looked really good. The style is perfect for dressing up for work and social events. I just received this so I cannot comment on the durability. It will be interesting to see how well it stands up to daily use. The band shipped quickly and connected easily. I gave it 4 stars because I need to see how this holds up over the next 3-6 months of wear.
