GBTerrible Quality It took 2 weeks to ship an expedited product that turned out to be the cheapest quality piece of leather I have ever seen despite the entire product page describing the apparent best leather manufacturer in the US. There are thousands of reviews online but you can't actually review your purchases so these are clearly mostly fake. The real ones are all the same - the worst quality you could possibly imagine. Avoid at all costs.

GBLazy Employees Nomadgoods.com produces beautiful products, but the actual employees make dealing with this company a complete drag. They work 4 day work weeks which wouldnt be an issue, if it wasn’t for the fact that it takes them well over a week to even process and ship an order, despite their website stating that “orders placed after 10a on a Friday will be shipped out the following Monday.” Im not even sure that Nomad knows to ship my order out. Chloe who manages their support team is quick to be annoyed, and more often than not, will ignore any negativity and not respond. I had purchased a $200 wireless charging pad which was and is defective. Nomad refused to email me back, despite me commenting in the open support ticket more than 8 times. Don’t waste your money and sanity dealing with this brand. Congrats on the 4 day work week, but how about actually doing the work, Nomad?

GBMay have OK products but the company sucks. Nomad seems to have some pretty good products. However, I would be leery to do more business with them since they promise to answer their emails, but don't even bother to answer and explain things that are asked of them. Please find other reviews in other places that say the same thing, that they do not respond to emails even though they promise to do so. My question is would anyone like doing business with a company that has so little regard or courtesy that they just pretend that they care? How utterly low class is that? Finally they emailed me for a review, but when I stated the same as above, I was not allowed to complete the review. My take on that is they must have many bad reviews and don't wish to allow them, even though they asked. Low rent outfit.

GBiPhone 15 ProMax Horween Leather Case… iPhone 15 ProMax Horween Leather Case DEFECTIVE! The case is defective, and I submitted a complaint through their online portal. I got an email saying that they would respond within 1-3 business days, and I never got a response. I wasted $70 for a junk case and no customer support. FedEx tracking says the product originated from China. BUYER BEWARE!

GBGreat Looking Watch Band I purchased the leather Modern Band (not the Horween leather). My first impression was that this looked really good. The style is perfect for dressing up for work and social events. I just received this so I cannot comment on the durability. It will be interesting to see how well it stands up to daily use. The band shipped quickly and connected easily. I gave it 4 stars because I need to see how this holds up over the next 3-6 months of wear.
