Lazy Employees Nomadgoods.com produces beautiful products, but the actual employees make dealing with this company a complete drag. They work 4 day work weeks which wouldnt be an issue, if it wasn’t for the fact that it takes them well over a week to even process and ship an order, despite their website stating that “orders placed after 10a on a Friday will be shipped out the following Monday.” Im not even sure that Nomad knows to ship my order out. Chloe who manages their support team is quick to be annoyed, and more often than not, will ignore any negativity and not respond. I had purchased a $200 wireless charging pad which was and is defective. Nomad refused to email me back, despite me commenting in the open support ticket more than 8 times. Don’t waste your money and sanity dealing with this brand. Congrats on the 4 day work week, but how about actually doing the work, Nomad?

Don't buy anything from Nomad Goods Leather cases are made with extremely cheap materials and leather will rip and tear from normal usage. Mine ripped in less than 2 days and customer support refused to replace or refund the product--offering a rather cold reply to my inquiry. Spend your money elsewhere. Order #4201089688 for anyone at Nomad who sees this and wants to stand behind their product.

Scammed after canceling the order I cancelled my order the same day I bought a case for my tablet and they returned me 20 dollars less then they should. There is no contact with the company. I do not recommend them unless you want to get scammed!

non existent service/poor goods Should have read reviews here before ordering, but ordered a leather horoween band which fell apart within a few weeks. the replacement sent out fell apart too, and then customer service decided they couldn't be bothered to reply to anything several follow up emails. unprofessional, poor quality, AVOID.

I ordered an expensive Apple Watch band… I ordered an expensive Apple Watch band in November 2022. It arrived in late February 2023. It does not fit my Apple Watch Ultra, despite being marketed to work with it. In looking at on-line reviews it seems there are many people with the same issue. Customer service sent me a video on how to put the watch band on, but it still does not fit. Customer service has not yet responded with a solution to my issue. I imagine they are very busy dealing with other complaints, but this is still poor service.
