GBHorrible quality for the price and abysmal customer service Nomad not only took forever to ship something that was supposed to be "expedited shipping" by cancelling shipments but the item was of poor quality and defective on arrival. There seems to be issues of QC and tolerances which is unacceptable for such expensive items. Support team takes forever to reply if they reply at all. Don't do business with them!

GBPhone case rubber was of poor quality… Phone case rubber was of poor quality and started to disintegrate and also damage my iPhone (caused pitting of metal) after a couple of years of use. Products look attractive and well made but they are not built to last.. which ironically seems to be their USP. Poor customer service.

PT2 Sport Watch Straps + Charging Station I ordered 2 “sport” bracelets for my Apple Ultra 2, and a 3-in-1 charging base on Nov 20, 2023. I received everything, in Portugal, on Nov 29, 2023. No duty. But, the courier charge was $90. The charging station seems excellent. Very heavy. Matches my bedside table, and works great. The bracelets also look very nice, and were discounted for BFCM. Like another reviewer commented they are a mm or 2 skinnier than the OEM apple straps. For the gym, I don’t care. Just buyer beware. Because of this, however, I won’t buy the very expensive titanium strap. Sorry Nomad. My experience was excellent! The products I got, I’m happy with, and I’m also glad I gave a great Shopify powered business a shot, in spite of some iffy reviews lately. Thank you Nomad!

GBLazy Employees Nomadgoods.com produces beautiful products, but the actual employees make dealing with this company a complete drag. They work 4 day work weeks which wouldnt be an issue, if it wasn’t for the fact that it takes them well over a week to even process and ship an order, despite their website stating that “orders placed after 10a on a Friday will be shipped out the following Monday.” Im not even sure that Nomad knows to ship my order out. Chloe who manages their support team is quick to be annoyed, and more often than not, will ignore any negativity and not respond. I had purchased a $200 wireless charging pad which was and is defective. Nomad refused to email me back, despite me commenting in the open support ticket more than 8 times. Don’t waste your money and sanity dealing with this brand. Congrats on the 4 day work week, but how about actually doing the work, Nomad?

GBTerrible Quality It took 2 weeks to ship an expedited product that turned out to be the cheapest quality piece of leather I have ever seen despite the entire product page describing the apparent best leather manufacturer in the US. There are thousands of reviews online but you can't actually review your purchases so these are clearly mostly fake. The real ones are all the same - the worst quality you could possibly imagine. Avoid at all costs.
