The best shopping experience ever!! I'm a longtime Woot shopper. I recently bought a Russell Hobs Coffee Maker. The price was awesome (and it is not refurbished), Somehow it go delivered in 2 days! I just love it, it's frigin beautiful. Yes, a beautiful coffee maker. Using the timer, it made me the coffee I'm drinking right now and I could not be happier! What a great experience, really exceptional. Happy birthday to me!

Woot was great back in the day before… Woot was great back in the day before Amazon took over. They had great deals and the Bag O' C was always exciting. Since Amazon took over the sites quality and deals have dropped unfortunately.

Good Deals, Slowwww....Service Great product (open box laptop) but took 2 weeks before they shipped it - and that was after admitting they had plenty in stock. Then ordered software. I downloaded the software itself and then had to wait another week to get the serial number - by email!

Woot.com is impossible to deal with! Woot.com is impossible to deal with!! I bought ms office 2021 from them. They ignored me. They never gave me website to download the product, never gave me proper security codes, never gave me any directions on how to download--nothing. Isn't that stupid!! It took days of effort to find an email address for customer support because they buried the info. Now I would rather blow my head off than deal with them ever again!!!!

Fewer Discounts and the Woot Monkey Nonsense As a Prime member, I've purchased plenty of items via Woot and received free shipping. As I write this in April 2022, however, Woot's discount prices are increasingly rare. Some nearly identical items are more expensive than on Amazon, often without accompanying reviews. Today, a whole page of "gardening" items was shockingly pricey -- items such as garden gnomes, rain-drip chains and bags of flower bulbs, the latter of which Home Depot offers for a cheaper cost. I was willing to endure the Woot monkey nonsense for potential discounts, but low prices are increasingly rare.
