Got a new cpu and mobo from these guys, mobo was taking a while coming from supplier so contacted mwave and they told me it'd be atleast a week so they told me I could find another mobo that is in stock there and they can change my order, so I did and everything I ordered got shipped the same day, fantastic customer service, thankyou!

Be warned - service is pathetic. Ordered 4 x RAM chips from Mwave. A somewhat urgent requirement but expecting the usual 'in the post a day or 2 later' as is the case with every other online supplier. Placed an order on 13th. Four days later order status is still "processing". No phone number to contact them. Their chat is merely a bot that can't answer anything.

Incompetence runs rampant at this company. I used to buy a lot of items from mwave in the past. However bad customer service, business procedures and wait times have taken it's toll. I will never recommend mwave again and would much rather pay a premium to another company that values it's customers. To put things into perspective it took mwave staff over 45 minutes to retrieve a mouse that I had bought. This trend is also not a one off.

Useless Failed to deliver goods within the specified time. (One low range GPU) $189 AUD order was cancelled. Still haven't received refund over 3 days. Avoid this site and headache, Scorptec or Austin computers are highly recommended
