GBZosi Tech support John I reached out to Zosi Tech support for a password reset via email. Zosi Tech Rep. John emailed back with clear, concise instructions and passwords. When I attempted and same didn't work. I contacted Tech Rep. John again via email and his response was a very short turnaround. I was given instructions step by step with a Youtube video attached. With how to upgrade the outdated DVR system and reset the password. Overall the mission was accomplished and everyone was happy.

GBBeware Bought a camera system one of the cameras did not work. Contacted customer service on Nov 26 followed all request by Doris but still have not received a camera. Now dealing with Jolin. Both promised to help if I gave them 5 star review. Seems like coercion always saying we will help you later

GBIf I could put zero star I would If I could put zero star I would, paid a hell of a lot of money for a camera system with 4 cameras. Just one month out of warranty two cameras became faulty. Email Zosi and explained numerous UK consumer rights explaining they should last longer due to there price but they were not interested, Once they have your money for there cheaply made products they care very little. I have just opened a case with trading standards who are now investigating Zosi. BEAWARE, DONT BE SUCKER, BUY FROM A QUALITY BRAND.

GBBrought a PTZ camera and the tilt… Brought a PTZ camera and the tilt stopped working in a couple of days then it stopped connecting to the app Emailed them and spoke to Coco, the clown I can only presume. Slow communication as they were in china and the emails were sent at 3 in the morning Finally managed to get a refund but terrible customer service and terrible quality product.

GBGreat value reliable system with good customer support Had two zosi CCTV systems, the current one since 2019. Always worked flawlessly. Easy enough to install, I set up in my attic including a small TV, ran the camera cables out of the fascia boards so not visible from outside. Had to contact support recently as I couldn't access any menus, got a response the next day, took a few different things but the final one worked. Support (Hedy) was great, replied quickly each time and figured out how to fix it.
