GBI had a neighborhood power outage that… I had a neighborhood power outage that reset my system & my mobile access. I was blind while away on my family trip. Upon return I contacted Zosi support & was put in contact with YoYo. Man, YoYo was a life saver! They responded promptly, (even before & on a holiday) offered quick help & gave me the Christmas present of access back to my system on Christmas morning! Stellar work from this employee & I hope there are more people like YoYo with this support team.

GBMotion detection impossible to set up All I want is for the motion detection to work correctly. I have tried all permutations of the settings without success. It will detect big trees swishing about in the wind but it will not detect me walking up my path towards it. From other reviews it would appear to be pointless trying to get customer support so I will just leave it recording all the time for now.

GBNo thanks!! We inherited this security system last February, we asked Zosi for help as we knew nothing about it and couldn't find the previous owners password ( obviously!) so that we could install our own...they couldn't be any more unhelpful... never heard back from them after they sent the SAME message twice!!...save your money and get s system that has good customer service!

GBI've bought a couple of security… I've bought a couple of security systems and this has been the worst. It hasn't worked right since i installed it. It will constantly reboot and occasionally need to be manually rebooted to connect to the app. I attempted to contact tech support, but they were of no use. Go figure. I might as well not even have a security system if this is what I have to deal with. I would STRONGLY suggest not purchasing a system from this company.

GBBeware Bought a camera system one of the cameras did not work. Contacted customer service on Nov 26 followed all request by Doris but still have not received a camera. Now dealing with Jolin. Both promised to help if I gave them 5 star review. Seems like coercion always saying we will help you later
