GBResponsive customer service but… Our package came crushed and the item broken. However, when I contacted the company, they were very responsive; responses came within a few hours. After sending photos of the damaged item, the case was reviewed and I was advised to return it for a refund. I received a refund and an apology. It was frustrating to receive a broken item but I appreciate the responsiveness of the company. I’m giving 3 stars because the item was as described and authentic and the customer service was surprisingly good. They lost two stars because the packaging and delivery was subpar, not sure who to blame, and we didn’t end up with an intact dragon figure.
