Bogus Website I ordered an item, it didn't fit and was not as described. I emailed them and they said to return the item to address below 3465 McVaney Road Asheville NC 28801. I returned using UPS and they were unable to find the address I tried calling and the phone number was wrong. I email them about the address and they said good news we will be issuing a fill refund and you can keep the item (that doesn't fit). I put in a dispute with paypal and then they Shop for Gamers refused to refund me. I did win the dispute but then I got an email telling me that they don't want me to shop in their online store anymore. The audacity of these people, I should have received an apology. If they think for one minute that I would use them again. I do not recommend this sight and will not shop any other web-sight without checking to see if its legit. In response to their reply that I had inappropriate behavior is also false information. I did exactly what they told me with the return. They refused to refund because I put in a dispute with PayPal. I have proof of all interactions with them. I have never in my life had to deal with people who just make up lies. In response to the second reply, whoever is writing this reply, you should check your facts, you requested a picture after I had already put in the dispute with PayPal there was no reason for me to send a picture. Your address was incorrect. Your phone number was incorrect. You agreed to the return and then you denied it because I put in a dispute with PayPal. Also it did not fit and it was not made Swarovski crystal’s as it was advertised. I think it’s time for you to just apologize and let it go.

I ordered a Keycool 84 RGB Mechanical… I ordered a Keycool 84 RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard in April from this Shop. Unfortunately it took way too long due to the pandemic. And also it was not exactly what I wanted. I emailed the shop owner and it turned out that he had sent me a keyboard more valuable than what I wanted. And he said that I can keep it as gift, because they hadn’t had the exact item I wanted. And because of this gesture I gave the shop 5 stars. Because the way I see it he tried his best to make us customers happy.
