CAUnreliable Unreliable! Every few weeks has a new problem. It either stops working which causes everybody to be stuck outside until somebody with a physical key can come to open the door and reset the whole thing or a newly discovered issue which shows the battery to have 75% battery one minute, and next minute the whole thing sutra off because the battery is totally drained. The support is useless. All the do is try to tell you to reset the device which is ridiculas since anybody who gets this lock is getting it to use it remotely to allow people in or out or allow users to use their unique access code to get in to the house but when you have to be there physically to unlock the door with your key and reset the lock, you can never trust this lock to work properly when you are away!

GBI have had no luck getting my system to… I have had no luck getting my system to operate properly. I replaced my working keypad which unlocked with the code. I have had to use my key or keep my door unlocked for kid's to gain access to my home. So far I'm pretty disappointed and was super excited before receiving. Apparently my wifi signal is not the greatest so I'm not able to see any video's at all. Was hoping for something different I guess. Lesson learned.

GBInconsistent and unreliable, poor customer service Our Gate lock was at 70% battery when we left for a 3 day weekend trip. When we returned it wasn't working at all. It takes days to hear back from Gate's customer support so we had to call a locksmith. When we finally did hear back from customer support they refused to reimburse us for the locksmith and had no answer for why the lock would go from 70% charged to dead in just 3 days. This is not the first time we've had issues with the lock and/or app failing for no apparent reason. It's very unreliable and I do not recommend. If you do use the Gate lock you should always have the physical key with you because the smart lock feature is inconsistent and unreliable.

GBProduct dont work like they advertise* Sensor dont work properly i never get notify.. Also if some one knocks gate Button still dont notify.. Worst part cannot hear on 2 way talk on app , And i been contacting support for almost 2 and 1/2 months still not fix . the only answer i am getting from support they having issue and they are working on it and its been more than 2 months still not fix and still waiting to be fix.. I Don't Recommend this product to anyone

GBI feel safe and secure with Gate I feel safe and secure with Gate. The main advantage is while I’m away, because of the video recordings, I know that nobody entered my house, unless I authorized them to do so with their pin code. I can also easily track and see when my house keeper comes to the house and leave through the embedded camera. I am happy that I landed on Gate, instead of getting a seperate camera doorbell and a seperate keypad lock. The Gate lock has it all and it is much cheaper than buying a seperate Ring doorbell, a seprate Schlage keypad lock and even a wifi hub to connect my lock to wifi! The fact that the battery is rechargeable also makes Gate much more affordable than other locks than consume AA batteries frequently.
