Gate lock is OK could be better Video quality is ok. No infrared night vision. Can not access the lock /unlock feature or the video feature unless there is motion is detected, this is annoying. Build quality is good, easy to install. Battery life could be better. Overall it does what is says.

Great Product and Service My experience with gate has been great so far, the online purchase was simple and straightforward and the product has been excellent so far. We have used both the limited access as well as the permanent pass code, along with remote unlocking and all have worked as described. Being able to unlock the device without motion would be a great add but it serves its purpose very well at our home.

Amazing concept Amazing concept! I love that I can view who's outside my door before physically looking through the peephole. The chime notification is perfect, not annoying, just a little reminder to check out your door. Really great app that gives clear, step-by-step instructions for installing, and all the tools you need are included, like screwdriver and power cord (except for a charging cube).

Some Problems Resolved, Others Still Linger There have been a few problems with connectivity and using some features of the Gate lock. The last couple of software updates appear to have fixed the connectivity issues, though I still have a rather long lag time between unlocking the door with the app and the lock responding. The motion sensing of the device also works only intermittently. Because of lingering issues, I think a 3-star rating ("average") is appropriate.

this is the second Gate with first one… this is the second Gate with first one never have a problem the second one is nightmare πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™‚οΈπŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ never worked and costumer service is the worst . I tried to change to a new one for 3 weeks without any resolution from then . finally someone told that they will send me a replacement and I am waiting for week and nothing happens.
