Out of several online companies I ordered through, this was the ONLY battery that fit my laptop, and had the power I desired. When the battery died to my laptop, an HP Pavilion, I first checked around town to locate a replacement. When unable to do so, I then went to the internet. At the time I didn’t realize my laptop required one that isn’t easily found. Because of this I made many costly mistakes before coming across USB Phone World. When going through their wide assortment of batteries I found one that looked like the battery that had come with the laptop, and ordered it. I have had it now for awhile, and I’m very pleased with my purchase, and how quickly they processed the order.

It took about 5 days longer than advertised for regular ground delivery. Don't know if I would have received it sooner if I paid extra for faster delivery or it the delay was caused by lack of product availability.

I Love Shopping Online But This Was The Worst Buying Experience. I ordered a battery for my laptop. I checked with my local tech to be sure I ordered the correct one. The battery took forever to get here and was the wrong one. Again checked my original order with another tech and yes, I ordered the right one. I was forced to use email communications only since there wasn't a viable phone number. Apparently, they have canned responses to the emails ALL asking you for additional information that they already have. After 4 emails, each one the same canned message, I received one from a "level 2". I was told to how to package the battery for shipping but without a shipping label. It also included an incredible list of other instructions and information I needed to provide yet again. I followed the instructions as requested and sent it off at my expense. It is now been more than a month since they have signed for it and I am out $53.00 plus shipping both ways. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE.

When I called I was not able to get through mail box full. To reiterate there was a picture of stereo female to RCA male cord which was needed to work with TV this cord was not sent with but was not expressed as being in package. This unit does have great sound.

So far so good! The ease of identifying what I needed and then ordering were much appreciated. Then, it was at my door in just a couple days! The only thing to do now is see how well the laptop computer battery holds up. If it provides the service suggested, I will recommend USB Phone World without hesitation!
